Mr. McGlover is a driven and personable A&R agent, talent scout, and image consultant. He works tirelessly with the artists under his wing, giving them guidance and motivation in their art, using his extensive knowledge of the industry as reference. In addition, he offers training in physical fitness and mental wellness.
